September Birch Box

I literally can't get my head around the fact that it's September, this year has flown by. But, another month means another box and I was really excited for this months Birch Box with the theme Happy Days.

I was really impressed by the contents this month with 5 beauty products and 2 lifestyle products.

I absolutely love Benefit products so I'm really excited to try this eye cream. A full size pot is £25.50 for 14.2g (the sample is 3.0g). I'm not sure I'd pay that much for an eye cream unless it was really amazing so we'll see.

The Agave healing oil treatment really caught my eye, I love trying out new hair products but never seem to find one that I stick to. This is pretty pricey at £16 for 60ml (sample is 4ml) but I've read some really good reviews so hopefully it'll be impressive! It smells so good I can't even put it in words.

I'm going back to uni next week and one of the things I hate buying most is shower gel so I'm happy I got a shower gel to keep me going for a while! This one by Korres is a citrus scent and smells amazing, perfect for waking me up in the morning which I know I will need. The packaging does remind me of a test tube but... The smell makes up for it. I think any shower gel that's more expensive than Soap and Glory isn't worth it and this is £8 for 250ml... It better be good.

I've been after a nude lipstick/gloss for a while and the ModelCo one is the perfect pinky nude shade. It's got a doe foot applicator which I much prefer to brush applicators and glides on so smoothly. I'm in love with this and would definitely buy it at £15 for 4ml. Mine is in the shade Viva and there's 5 other shades available so definitely worth checking out. I have another of these lip glosses that I got in a magazine a while ago and they're an amazing formula.

The final beauty item was a Beauty Blender. I received one of these when I signed up so I wasn't too fussed about this but it's always good to have a back up. These blend my make up so well and it's become a staple in my make up routine. You also get a little soap in it which is really good for cleaning make up brushes. These are £26 which is quite expensive, but they're amazing quality.

The two lifestyle products were a picture clip which is so cute (mine says 'Happy Days') and I can't wait to put it in my room at uni. The other was a bag of dried mango by Urban Fruit which I have already eaten and had by product 2... That says it all! At £13.20 for 6 packs they're definitely a treat rather than an everyday thing though.
