After watching Gabriella from Velvetgh0st talk about her teeth whitening experience (a long time ago I know) I decided to try out the home teeth whitening strips she used. I didn't have yellow teeth before but they definitely could have been whiter and I've wanted to have my teeth whitened for a really long time.

The strips I used are the Crest 3d Whitestrips Professional Effects which you can buy here. These are £30.95 for a 10 day supply which I think is really really good compared to the hundreds of pounds it can cost at the dentist. I did a bit of research because I was worried it would damage my teeth but they seemed to be okay.

In the pack you get 2 strips, a top and a bottom strip. I didn't use mine 10 days in a row because they made my teeth really sensitive. I think from start to finish I did it over about a month. I also used Sensodyne to try and make the sensitivity a bit better!

My teeth are definitely now whiter and I'm really pleased. Apart from the sensitivity (which goes) I had no problems at all and I would definitely recommend these. The results are supposed to last for up to 2 years but I think I will do it again in a few months to get them a few shades whiter!
